Q1. Is there a parking?
There is no parking in the hotel. Nearby toll parking information is available at the front desk. [sample rate: ¥2,000 〜¥3,000 per night] Please check the Direction’s page for more information.
Q2. Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before checking in?
Yes. We will gladly keep your luggage at the front desk.

Q3. Is there a luggage carrying service from the hotel to the Kyoto
   station?

Yes. We offer hotel to Kyoto station luggage service (for a fee).
You can travel to the station hands-free.
Q4. Is it possible to make reservation for Optional Plans such as
  “Maiko Experience”, “Geiko Experience”, “Shinsengumi Experience”,
  and “Facial Esthetic” on the same day?

Yes. It is possible as long as there is a spot still available.
Q5. How late is the main public bath open?
It is open until 12:00 o’clock mid-night. Occasionally, the schedule changes, so please ask our staff.
